Book a SessionI offer direct work and consultation to individuals and families (of all types) spanning over the whole of childhood and adulthood. My service is suitable for people who have had difficult life experiences (e.g. traumatic events that are affecting your wellbeing), emotional regulation issues (e.g. anger) and/or mental health issues (e.g. anxiety, depression and feeling disconnected from yourself). I can assess and treat a variety of conditions effectively using tailored treatments. Techniques are verbal and non-verbal and suit a variety of learning styles. Many of the options are available online via Microsoft Teams.
My experience includes working with children aged two onwards, adolescents and adults with a variety of abilities and differences. I have worked with individuals and parents/children as well as groups. I also have provided consultation for residential unit carers, foster carers, kinship carers and adoptive parents. I sometimes offer bespoke training upon request.
